Mark Poepsel
I'm an assistant professor at SIUE. My background is in broadcast journalism. I earned my PhD from Mizzou in 2011. I have a master's degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona, which I took in 2007, and I double majored in Journalism and English in 2002 at Mizzou.
My wife earned her master's here at SIUE and works for Health Literacy Missoury. We have a son, Sammy, who is a 4-year-old whirlwind except when he's attached to an iPad.
